Superb job on all phases of the project

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude to Latoria Brother Construction Corp and Mike Latoria for the excellent job done on a new warehouse they constructed for Brunner & Lay, Inc. in Bensenville, Illinois.

We contacted with Latoria Brothers after attempts with other builers fell through due to excessive costs.

Mike Latoria did a superb job on all phases of the project from start to finish. He helped redesign the building to get it within our expected cost which saved a few hundred thousand dollars. He coordinated with all local authorities at the local and county level to obtain all needed approvals. He communicated well with us throughout the project to keep us informed and make suggestions to improve the project and keep our costs down. He was very receptive to our suggestions and questions throughout the job. He did a great job of keeping the project on schedule. He has delivered a product that we are very proud of.

Great Builder

Mike Latoria is a great builder who anticipates problems and helps determine solutions. His communication with his clients is excellent. He is knowledgeable, honest, and ethical in his business operations. Mike was highly recommended to us, and his expertise was evident when he built our new facility 18 years ago.
